In accordance with the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services Final Rule, 89 FR 40542 (2024 Access Final Rule), Medicaid agencies are required to publish and make all fee-for-service (FFS) rate schedules easily accessible on a public-facing website by July 1, 2026. As part of this requirement, provider-specific rates, which have not been publicly posted in the past, will be published on the BMS website starting July 1, 2026: West Virginia Medicaid Fee Schedules
